Returns & refunds
We want you to love your Tepola piece. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Eligibility for returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
- Free of stains, damage, odors, or signs of use
2. Items not eligible for return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging/tags (if applicable)
- Final sale / clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
3. How to request a return
To request a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to:
- A damaged item upon arrival
- An incorrect item shipped by Tepola
- A manufacturing defect (verified by our team)
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Tepola is not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider and may take 5–14 business days.
7. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange (size/color availability permitting), contact us and we will assist. Exchange approvals are subject to stock availability.
8. Order cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once processed or shipped. If you need urgent changes, contact us immediately and we will try our best to assist.
9. Policy updates
Tepola may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
