Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, launches, or limited drops, processing may take longer.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping update (if tracking is available).

2. Delivery locations

We currently ship within Kuwait and may offer additional delivery destinations depending on availability. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location, order size, and courier availability.

4. Estimated delivery time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier operations and circumstances. Typical delivery times:

• Kuwait: 1–3 business days after processing
• Other destinations (if available): 5–14 business days after processing

5. Same-day / express delivery

If same-day or express delivery is available, it will appear as an option during checkout. Eligibility may depend on your location and order timing.

6. Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking link once the order is shipped. You can also use our tracking page: Track your order.

7. Delays

Tepola is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will assist you in following up with the courier when possible.

8. Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assist.
